Choose Your Staff Access Method

Clinic-Wide Eligibility Checking
All practitioners in your clinic can verify postcode eligibility with real-time disaster data. Get AGRN documentation, audit trails, and compliance reports for your entire practice.

Four Ways Your Staff Can Access TeleCheck
Choose the access method that works best for your clinic — each includes step-by-step setup instructions.
Web Portal Access
Up to 25 individual clinician logins for direct web-based access to TeleCheck's full interface.
Best for: Smaller clinics wanting simple, no-setup browser access
Setup Steps:
- 1Log in to your TeleCheck dashboard after subscribing
- 2Go to the Team page and click 'Invite Team Member'
- 3Enter each staff member's email address and assign a role
- 4Staff receive an email invitation — they click the link to create their account
- 5Each team member can then log in individually to check postcodes
RESTful API Integration
Unlimited API access for integrating TeleCheck into your practice management systems, EMR software, or custom dashboards.
Best for: Clinics with practice management software or custom systems needing automated checks
Setup Steps:
- 1Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the API section
- 2Click 'Generate API Key' — save the key securely (it's shown only once)
- 3Use the key in the x-api-key header when calling POST /api/v1/check-postcode
- 4Send a JSON body with { "postcode": "2000" } to check eligibility
- 5Parse the JSON response for eligibility status, disaster details, and clinical documentation
SSO/SAML 2.0 Support
Unlimited enterprise single sign-on integration with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 compatible provider.
Best for: Organisations with existing identity providers and centralised IT management
Setup Steps:
- 1Your IT team creates a SAML 2.0 app in your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace) using TeleCheck's SP details: ACS URL: https://ccocqxivrmegfxdbyokl.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/acs | Entity ID: https://ccocqxivrmegfxdbyokl.supabase.co/auth/v1/sso/saml/metadata | Name ID: EmailAddress
- 2Your IT team copies the IdP Metadata URL from your identity provider's app settings
- 3Send the Metadata URL and your organisation's email domain to support@telecheck.com.au
- 4TeleCheck admin registers your identity provider and links your email domain
- 5Staff click 'Sign in with SSO' on the TeleCheck login page and enter your email domain (e.g. abbyhealth.com.au)
Embeddable Widget
Embed a ready-made eligibility checker directly into your clinic intranet, staff portal, or website. Two lines of HTML with enterprise-grade SaaS security — 3-layer domain restriction, SHA-256 token isolation, and full audit logging.
Best for: Clinics wanting eligibility checking embedded in their intranet or staff portal — no individual logins required
Setup Steps:
- 1Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Embed tab
- 2Click 'Generate Embed Token' — this creates a SHA-256 hashed secure token for your widget
- 3Add your intranet or website domain to the allowed domains list (up to 20 domains)
- 4Choose your preferred theme (light or dark) to match your site
- 5Copy the provided HTML snippet (loader.js or iframe version)
- 6Paste the snippet into your intranet, staff portal, or website — the widget handles everything else with 3-layer domain security
Clinic Owner's Guide
Essential information for managing your clinic's TeleCheck account.
Managing Your Team
Invite up to 25 staff members from the Team page. You can set roles (admin or practitioner), view usage, and remove members who leave the clinic. Each team member gets their own login credentials.
API Key Security
API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes for security. Generate keys from your dashboard, and rotate them immediately if compromised. You can have multiple active keys for different integrations.
Account & Billing
Go to Settings to change your password, manage billing through the Stripe portal (update payment methods, download invoices, cancel subscription), and access help resources.
Email & Notifications
You and your team will receive email confirmations for account creation, password resets, and team invitations. All emails come from support@telecheck.com.au — add it to your safe senders list.
